In one copy of each issue, a message like
"you have won the treasure hunt"
will be inserted
somewhere in a story, ad or column in the magazine.
IMPORTANT RULES
The contest is open to customers who have purchased food or a beverage at
the restaurant where the winning copy is located. Employees are not eligible.
The prize must be claimed no later than 5PM on the Friday before the "do not remove" date
printed on the lower right corner of the magazine cover.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WIN
Keep the proof of purchase
(a signed receipt by the restaurant owner of the food/beverage you purchased)
and the actual magazine. Then fill out the claim form below and submit.
